Patient Information Guide with Patient Stent Implant Card
The Patient Information Guide explains what patients can expect during and after the procedure, and provides answers to their questions about Coronary Artery Disease and the TAXUS® Express2™ Stent. The removable, wallet-sized Patient Stent Implantation Card is included in the Patient Information Guide and should be given to patients following the procedure.
